About Brian
Brian’s work in the golf industry began in 1989 at the age of 13 as a caddy in Southern New Jersey where he grew up in the game and progressed through a very successful junior career. Brian then attended the Professional Golf Management program at Coastal Carolina University where he also participated on the golf team. In 1998 he moved back to the greater Philadelphia area and started his career in the management of golf facilities and teaching golf. Since then, his travels and experience include four years in Myrtle Beach, SC and 17 years in Charlotte, NC before finally settling down with Rock Spring Golf Club in W. Orange, NJ in 2019.
Previous to his position as Head Golf Professional at Rock Spring GC, Brian was a General Manager with RGS Inc. in Charlotte, NC from 2004-2017 and had been the General Manager/ Head Golf Professional at Renaissance Park GC from 2008-2017. He is also a class “A” member of the PGA. Brian’s training in teaching has included extensive experience with two former PGA Section Teacher of the Year Award Winners. Brian is now a proponent of A.J. golf’s the “Truth About Golf” system and teaches the game from the physiological prospective. His methods are based on countless years of scientific studies that break the game down into the essential parts that can be manipulated. By taking advantage of the natural motions and capabilities of the human body, and harnessing the immense powers of hand eye coordination, Brian makes learning the game fun and easy. Brian has studied A.J. golf since 2007 under the watchful eye of A.J. disciple Allen Avakian. Allen has taught the Truth About Golf system for over 38 years.
Since 1998, Brian has given over 2,000 individual lessons and 500 clinics and group lessons. Brian’s calm demeanor, and unwavering patience, helps to make him an excellent fit for beginning golfers. Brian also specializes in Women’s instructional programs and clinics.

Patrick Rampone
About Patrick
Patrick is from Randolph, New Jersey and found his passion for golf at a young age of 10 when he started playing with his Dad and brothers at their local golf course. He caddied at Pather Valley County Club for 5 before graduating High School and attending Rutgers University majoring in Sport Management.
Since graduating in 2019 Patrick has worked at Rock Spring Golf Club as an integral part of the team. Advancing his career and becoming the First Assistant Golf Professional in 2021. He has since joined the Professional Golf Management program through the Professional Golfers’ Association of America working towards his Class A membership.
Patrick is now a student of A.J Golf’s the “Truth About Golf” methodology and teaches the game from the physiological perspective under the tutelage of his Head Golf Professional Brian S. Lermack, PGA. His methods are based on years of scientific studies that break the game down into the essential parts of the game that can be manipulated. Patrick has been studying A.J golf since 2021. Brian has taught the Truth About Golf methodology since 2007.
